What you need:
3 frozen bananas
1 cup of frozen mango (or fresh, if you have it!)
1 big heaping handful of baby spinach
1/2 cup of rice milk
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of maca powder (optional)
What you need to do:
Let the bananas and mango thaw for a minute or two before blending (unless your blender is A+). Simply blend all the ingredients together until super smooth. Drink, rejoice, etc. Serves 1-2.
